Services Offered

Psychiatric Assessment and Evaluation

A Psychiatric assessment is the process of gathering information to select an appropriate diagnosis. An evaluation can further help by identifying any family history, medical history or underlying medical conditions that may be causing the problems patients may be having.

Medication Management

Medication management simply means finding the right medication, at the right dose, to take at the right time, for each individual person. There is no one size fits all and we are here to offer you the individualized care required for this process to work and for medication(s) to be effective.

In-Person & Telehealth Visits

Your very first appointment will be In-Person and for an annual evaluation, unless otherwise necessary to see you in person for any other reason. After your initial visit, we also offer Telehealth visits if our patient prefers. This is a decision made between yourself and your provider.

Connecting Patients with Community Resources

We want to give our patients all the resources available to them whether they know it or not. This can range from counselors, to support groups to mentors and other local and state information.

Clinical Testing for Physiological Contributors

This type of testing will help assess a patient’s cognitive abilities, personality, social skills, emotions, behavioral responses, or interest.

Pharmacogenomic Testing

An additional tool that provides information about your genetics to help your provider choose the medication and dosage that are the “best fit” for you.

Paperwork Completion

We are available for FMLA appointments with documentation, medical record releases, and report preparation at an added cost. Depending on what information is needed and how extensive the paperwork will determine the amount.

Prior Authorizations

Some medications may require a prior authorization, or approval, before it can be prescribed. We assist with this process making it easier to deliver quality care with an exceptional response for your day-to-day life.

Collaboration with your Health Providers

With your permission, we update your primary care provider, counselors, families or whomever is important to you. A strong support system is crucial and making those people aware of anything you would like us or yourself to share, can be helpful.
